Jordan XII “Flu Game” Detailed Pics
When pictures first leaked of the Jordan XII Black/Red “Flu Game” edition many people complained about the suede material and where unhappy they weren’t in true OG form. Although I do like the leather on the OG’s I do think that these have turned out to be awesome. The official release date is November 27, 2009 and there won’t likely be any changes like the “Rising Sun” version so don’t sleep. I really don’t think I will pass up on this pair….how about you?
The Black/Red Air Jordan XII came to be nicknamed the “Flu Game” because MJ was sick during game 5 of the NBA Finals on June 11, 1997. Michael carried the Bulls to a 90-88 victory over the Jazz giving them a 3-2 series lead. After racking up 38 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals, Jordan walked off the court leaning heavily on Scottie Pippen following his exhausting performance. Via: FL
The original Black/Red XII had a leather upper while the new revamped version is rich suede. The “Flu Game” logo on the heel and running up the tongue features the numbers 97 and 38 representing the year and points scored in that game. In between those numbers is a sick face emblem. Via:FL

DO YOU KNOW IF THESE WOULD BE AT EVERY FOOTLOCKER. ALSO HOW MANY PAIRS ARE GOING TO BE MADE.
They should be a general release. Not sure on numbers but don't think they are limited.
I was curious if the six rings were considered a limited release or general release? Any info would be helpful thanks
mostly general release. They make a limited 1 once every blue moon but still they dont sell like that.
